We encourage you to submit your Abstract – this is a fantastic opportunity to promote yourself and your company brand to a global audience

This should be in the form of a short Abstract defining your topic (+- 100 to 200 words)
Please state 2 – 3 take aways that people will get from your presentation

Authors will receive notification indicating whether Abstract was accepted/declined by end August 2025
Successful authors will then be advised of presentation date and time for their presentation. The presentation should be completed in 20 minutes with an additional 5 mins or Q & A. In the two weeks leading up to the event all presenters will have a virtual meeting / dry run and Q&A with the hosts to enable any technical and presentation issues are addressed. This is to ensure we provide an excellent event to international standards.
The final presentation submission should be submitted by 13 September 2025

All submissions will be considered by the SAIMC User Advisory Council Executive Committee and rated against the theme content and relevance.

For the past 15 years, the MESA Africa Summit has been pivotal in industrial automation and manufacturing excellence. The Summit has concentrated on Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), both of which fall under the domain of Computer Engineering.
