National Member: This category suits those companies that operate on a national level
Regional Member: This category suits those companies that operate on a regional level
Didactic Member: This category suits those education institutions that has education programs aimed at practitioners within the Automation industry, including computer engineering
As an individual, you have the folloing choices:
Student: This category suits full-time students in education institutions that are not registered with the SAIMC as Didactic Institutes. The difference between the Student and Didactic Members is that Students do not qualify for inclusion in the lists that are sent to ECSA for ECSA membership discounts.
Member: This category suits those individuals who work within the Automation industry
Corporate Member: This category suits those individuals who works for a company that is registered as a National Member
Didactic Member: This category suits those individuals who:
- Works as a lecturer within the automation field at a SAIMC regsitered Didactic Institute
- Is a final year student or postgraduate within the Automation field at a SAIMC registered Didactic Institute.
