The Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) acknowledges the concerns raised by Registered Persons regarding billing discrepancies affecting the 2025/26 financial cycle and takes full responsibility for resolving these matters in a fair, transparent, and structured manner.
As we finalise our Root Cause Analysis across invoice discrepancies, billing processes, and debt recovery procedures, we are looking at working closely with our Voluntary Associations to ensure that corrective actions are informed, responsive, and aligned with the realities experienced by Registered Persons.
